Your pain isn’t weakness. It’s protection.
And when we listen, it starts to change.

Pain, physical or emotional, doesn’t appear in a vacuum. It’s shaped by what we’ve lived through—family, culture, history, power. The same patterns that keep us safe can also trap us and keep us separate.

In therapy, we listen to the stories we carry in our bodies, the personal and collective, the past and the present. Healing begins when we bring all these parts into awareness.

Healing happens in relationship, and the first step is connection.

I’m Oriana (she/her), an MBACP-registered counsellor, working in Brighton and Hove
and online.

I believe that my role as a therapist is to meet you where you are and explore what’s happening in your life with care and curiosity. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or searching for change, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you.

I hold sessions in person —including walking therapy—or online across the UK. I work both in English and in Italian.

How I can help

My work is about helping you create the conditions for new possibilities to emerge.
Not by pushing.
Not by using shortcuts.
But by paying attention together to what’s alive in the moment, what your body knows, and what’s ready to shift.

My approach blends talking therapy with creative, somatic and experiential techniques, offering new ways to understand yourself on a deeper level.
